Came here hungry. The food went in my mouth, I chewed the food, I got full. Food did its job. Had enough for leftovers. Atmosphere was good. Sat in a chair. The chair didn't break. The chair did its job. The music didn't make me wanna stab my ears with a #2 pencil. The music did its job. Waitress was nice and attentive. Waitress did her job. The best part of a good meal is good company. My company did their job.

I have been here a few times, and every time has been great. Most recently, my party of 8 came here to celebrate a birthday. Note to make reservations beforehand because this place can get busy on a dinner night. We were assisted immediately and had our pots ordered immediately. They can do a split broth so we chose for Tonkotsu and Spicy Katsuobushi. Both broths were delicious and not overpowering. Subtle flavor and the spicy wasn't overbearing. This place is an AYCE and has two options: Premium (5 meat option) and Deluxe (7 meat option). The price per person is $36.99 and $39.99, respectively. They have a mini sauce bar and area to grab your toppings for your hot pot. This ranges from vegetables, noodles, and seafood. I wish they added enoki mushrooms to make it even more perfect! The service was fast and plenty of time to dine in and enjoy your meal. A nice addition that separates this place from other AYCE places is their special "Beef Belly Hinoki Box". This is so delicious! The meat is very tender, soft, and melts in your mouth. It is plated on top of a bed of bean sprouts and steamed over your broth. My recommendation is to do this FIRST before you enjoy your other meats.

Hot pot hot pot get it here! We really enjoyed this hot pot spot. It was my first time trying it and it was delicious. The service was remarkably friendly and helped us out. They have curtains which separate tables which allow is really nice for privacy. I think I need to try more places to truly see how many stars this place was but I think we got lucky here!

I am ashamed that I have been to this place so many times yet for some reason I haven't dropped a review yet! Well Jin shabu is great. All you can eat shabu style where you can pick up to two different broth. The meat is of good quality and will keep coming. At the center of the restaurant is the toppings bar: veggies, noodles, seafood, fish cakes, anything your hot pot dreams are made of. There is also a sauce bar. The food is simply delicious.

Hotpot...check! Meats...check! Soju...check check! AYCE at a fair price with ingredients so pure and fresh, you'll want to shake a stick at them! But please don't :o I'm talking crisp veggies, bright colored meats, and choice of broth base to twirl your senses. Condiments in abundance to accompany your shabu shabu swirl swirl. Wonderful clean environment to perch yourself and enjoy. Wow! I need some soju to accompany the FREE Hinoki box; a wooden bamboo box that cooks the meat through the hot pot steam. Delicious! And somehow eating here feels healthy. Please take a look at the photos to give you an insight to the delectable amazing treats that await you at Jin Shabu. Must make mention that Miss Kayling whom has given extremely wonderful service is a huge plus to coming here again and again. Please note: *I earned my angels wings here *prices differ from lunch to dinner so keep this in mind. *there is a 2 hour limit to ayce so act accordingly ;) *plenty of parking as located in a large shopping center Thank you for reading! Stay safe while enjoying life

- Food: this is my favorite shabu place in Chandler. I enjoy the broth, veggie and meat/seafood selections they offer. - Service: the servers always friendly and never overattentive or hovering. I love that they check on us with calm demeanor and consideration, it's a huge bonus. - Ambiance: I enjoy the warm lighting, the cozy atmosphere and the division of seats for privacy of each party. Lighting and feelings are quite important to restaurant running and I appreciate they paid attention to this. It's not upscale or anything too fancy, it's homey and inviting.

This is our favorite restaurant in Arizona. We have never had a bad meal here. The only con to the restaurant is that they can get super busy so we always eat very early to avoid long waits. We arrived a tad bit later than usual so we were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away. It is an all you can eat Shabu Shabu restaurant so I wore my slacks with an elastic waistband. Lol . If anyone is not familiar with Shabu Shabu it is a Japanese hotpot meal where you choose the kind of broth you want to cook in. Then you cook assorted super thin meats, seafood and vegetables in the boiling broth and dip in either Ponzu or a Sesame Sauce. At this restaurant they have a self serve bar for the vegetables, kimchi, noodles and sauces. Then the server brings the meats as you order them. The meat is shaved paper thin so it cooks in a few seconds and is melt in your mouth tender. This is the first time that there was a little gristle in one of the cuts of meat. I think it was just a fluke. If there was a 4.5 star rating I might have taken off half a star for that but with the great service and the perfect history I can give five stars with certainty. The dinner includes Bingsu for dessert. It is a Korean shaved ice with sweet red beans, condensed milk and mochi. It is a Japanese style restaurant that is Korean owned. I will frequent this restaurant every time I am in Arizona. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I like the condiment bar. The wait can be quite long since this is a popular place. There are lots of hot pot places opening up these days. Perhaps this may make the wait less due to people going to other places. At a hot pot place you cook your own food in boiling broth at your table. They have a few different options on the menu for your broth. You can't change it once selected at the beginning of the meal. You get your own veggies at a station in the center of the restaurant. They bring you thinly cut meats from the back. A lot of it is fatty but it makes the food taste so good and soft. I like that I can mix my own dipping sauces from a station in the center of the restaurant. This adds more flavor to the meal. Otherwise I think it is bland. The staff is patient and fairly quick. It can sometimes be really loud when the restaurant is full of people.

Pretty solid shabu shabu/hot pot spot! It's AYCE -- we always select the premium meat choice with the sukiyaki and Jin original soup base! I love mixing the peanut sauce with sesame oil and some cilantro and green onions! We have slim pickings for hot pot/ shabu places, so while Jin certainly isn't the best, it satisfies the craving for when we're too lazy to make hot pot at home. Jin tastes way better than PK Shabu and Tasty Pot. Service is always prompt and friendly. Meats come to you in what feels like less than 3-5 minutes. Veggies, noodles, sauce, rice, dumplings, and fish/meatballs are self-serve. We've never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for a table. Ambiance is clean, casual, and open. My biggest gripe is their price increase! They've increased their dinner prices nearly $5 in less than a year!

My grandma was visiting Arizona and requested a restaurant that she doesn't have in North Carolina. My husband and I found Jin Shabu on Yelp and it was highly recommended. We were seated right away and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get us set up and off to our devices within minutes. Each table has a hot pot that can be 1 or 2 broths. The cold table in the middle of the restaurant has every vegetable & side dish imaginable. It's an all-you-can-eat set up so the only stipulation would be to eat everything and leave no leftovers. Overall, we had a great time and it was delicious!
